HOW DID YOU BEGIN YOUR CAREER?

I began my career in the automotive industry as a tool and die journeyman. In 2008 I entered into the millwright apprentiseship program. Through the program I was able to work for various companies, which lead me to becoming the Rossford Training Center Millwright Instructor.

WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY?

The construction industry allows me the opportunity to go to work each day and do something different. Particuarly I enjoy working in the gas and steam turbines.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?

I currently enjoy teaching those that come through the training center. I am able to pass on my knowledge to those in the trade, with the hope that they will represent the profession to their best ability.

BEST ADVICE:

The best advice I have is to take your time and do it right the first time and to keep learning and refining the skills of our trade.

BEST EXPERIENCE:

The best experience that I have had has been going out to the Internaitional Training Center in Las Vegas to obtain more skills to bring back to those in my classes.
